Job Overview and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain our products and services to customers, demonstrating how they meet customer needs and solve their problems.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in solution selling, including planning and executing strategic deals, modeling financial business cases, and delivering compelling presentations and demos.
- Product Customization: Work with engineering teams to ensure that our products meet system requirements and customer specifications.
- Problem Solving: Help clients solve issues related to product usage and recommend new and improved products to enhance their operations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Implement and offer suggestions for internal IT needs.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Sound knowledge and experience in selling complex IT solutions.
- Working knowledge of Visio.
- Evaluate current and new products and/or technologies for the need of developing future roadmaps for Sanity Solutions and our customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Strong technical knowledge of the products and services offered by Sanity Solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- 7+ years experience in the technology or IT industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
