Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This part-time position is ideal for a self-starter with 1–2 years of experience in marketing who is eager to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced B2B technology environment. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on data analytics, email automation, social media management, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing & Automation:
    • Assist in building and managing email campaigns using Pardot
    • Maintain contact database and implement list segmentation strategies
    • Monitor performance metrics and recommend optimizations for campaign effectiveness
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance, web traffic, and engagement data
    • Upkeep dashboards and monthly reports to share insights with the marketing team and stakeholders
    • Track KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements across channels
  • Social Media Management:
    • Create, schedule, and manage content on LinkedIn and YouTube
    • Monitor trends and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy
    • Support paid social media campaigns in coordination with the marketing team
  • Event Coordination:
    • Assist with the planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, and webinars
    • Coordinate logistics such as registration, vendor communication, swag, and follow-up communication
    • Track event ROI and assist with lead management
  • General Marketing Support:
    • Help manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of deliverables
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
    • Support website updates, sales collateral development, and brand consistency across platforms

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or tech industries
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with email platforms like Pardot, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, LinkedIn Analytics)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness/ability to be in-office 1-2 days a week
